1.Responsible for the campus card construction,planning,technical feasibility studies,organization and implementation.

2.Responsible for the campus card system operation management,system security and routine maintenance.

3.Responsible for customer service management,cardholder business admissibility,cardholder identity information database maintenance,providing consulting information ,maintaining card information website,answering customer complaints.

4.Responsible for the merchant business acceptance,dealing with opening and closing merchant accounts, checking and transfering accounts.

5.Responsible for registration,management and check the cash between our department and other banks,responsible for bill management such as receipt and cheque, and submitting financial reports.

6.Responsible for coordinating work relationship with cooperative banks.

7.Responsible for new subsystem construction and system upgrade,and update.

8.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
