2 Authorize the seals and signatures of the directors;
3 Assist the directors in charge of financial management and human resources;
4 In charge of logistics of the venues;
5 In charge of the affairs about the staffs;
6 In charge of the management of the fixed assets;
7 In charge of the management of the office equipments;
8 In charge of supervisions about the securities,fire control and sanitations of the building;
9 In charge of sending and receiving the letters, newspapers, faxes and magazines of the center;
10 In charge of telephones;
11 In charge of the meeting,meeting notes and the drafting of the decision of the meeting;
12 In charge of the organizing and coordinating for the work plans and summaries;
13 In charge of the document processing, file management and internal security;
14 In charge of the storage, filing, file and destruction of files and the use of the archives;
15 In charge of the distribution of the files;
16 In charge of the letters of introduction and certification;
17 Assist the directors in controling any emergencies;
18 Complete the other works from the directors.
