If you want to access the internet in the university,please visit the link http://service.swjtu.edu.cn:8080/selfservice/ to pre register the network account at first.

Then you can go to the service reception of the INC with your ID card to turn the pre registered account to the official account.After you recharge the account,you can use it successfully.

You can log in the self-service system(http://service.swjtu.edu.cn/)  to recharge your network account and check the detail about the account.
